We offer psychological evaluations that can help answer some of your questions and can guide us to find what would best support you or your child’s whole being - socially, emotionally, behaviorally, and nutritionally.


Evaluations for both adult and children can offer

a roadmap to better
mental health.

Services will be scheduled within 4 weeks of your discovery call with our Director and you will have a completed written report within 8 weeks because we believe you or your child deserve the best care needed NOW to grow and thrive.

Diagnostic Psychological Evaluation

Comprehensive assessment of mental health that provides a differential diagnosis and best treatment plan recommendation


OVERVIEW

  • Diagnostic interview with psychologist

  • Biopsychosocial questionnaire

  • Behavioral/Emotional checklists

  • Review of medical and school records (if indicated)

  • Feedback session

  • Written report with treatment recommendations 

In-Person or Virtual 
3-4 hours  | $750 - 800

Comprehensive ADHD Diagnostic Assessment

Mutli-step process that included a thorough review of symptoms, medical history and behavioral patterns resulting in a differential diagnosis and optimal treatment plan recommendation.


OVERVIEW

  • Diagnostic interview with psychologist

  • Standardized ADHD rating forms

  • Test of Variables of Attention (TOVA)

  • Standardized rating forms for Executive Functioning

    • If indicated

  • Interviews with parent/caregiver, teacher (child)

  • Interview with adult/partner, employer (adult)

  • Review of relevant records

    • Medical, School, Employment

  • 30 minute Feedback session

  • Written report with treatment recommendations 

Hybrid - In-Person and Virtual 
4-6 hours | $800-1200

Autism Spectrum Assessment for Children/Adolescent

Multi-step process that includes a thorough evaluation of a child’s developmental history, behaviors, and social communication skills resulting in a differential diagnosis and optimal treatment plan recommendations


OVERVIEW

  • Diagnostic interview and observation with psychologist

  • Standardized Autism rating forms

  • ADI-R assessment (if indicated)

  • Assessment of co-occurring conditions of Anxiety, ADHD, Learning issues, etc.

    • If indicated

  • Detailed history interview with parent or primary caregiver

  • Review of relevant records

    • Medical, School, Prior Assessments

  • 60 minute Feedback session

  • Evaluation report with treatment recommendations 

Hybrid - In-Person and Virtual 
6-8 hours | $1200-1600

Brief Autism Assessment for Adults

Multi-step process that includes a thorough evaluation of developmental history, behaviors, and social communication skills resulting in a differential diagnosis and optimal treatment plan recommendations
