As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in helping children, teens, and families manage anxiety related symptoms and behaviors due to big feelings, transitions, sensory sensitivities, and/or social communication challenges.

Building rapport and comfort with clients is key for the therapeutic journey. I use play, humor,  and creativity to engage my clients. Family collaboration is also an important part of my work so that the skills we develop together can be facilitated at home as well. I love helping my clients use their 'magnifying glasses' to search beyond the surface of what they see as their barriers and explore their feelings, actions, relationships, and environments in a deeper way. Creating tools for my clients to use that work for them and allow them to feel more in-control and empowered is exciting. I am also a wife and mother of three, ages 10, 13, and 22. We have a mini dachshund named Leo and life is never boring! I enjoy painting, crafting, the beach, and riding my mint green beach cruiser bike.
